Last updated: September 2026
Purpose
This code sets out the standards Eduveras expects from any agent or partner who represents us, or who we work with, when recruiting or supporting international students.
Honesty and transparency
Agents and partners must give students accurate, up-to-date information about courses, fees, entry requirements and visa processes, and must never guarantee admission, visa approval or scholarship outcomes.
Student welfare
Agents and partners must act in the best interests of students, treat them with respect, and support their wellbeing throughout the recruitment process.
No fraud or misrepresentation
Agents and partners must never submit false documents, misrepresent a student's qualifications, or assist a student in providing misleading information.
Data protection
Agents and partners must handle student data securely, use it only for its intended purpose, and comply with applicable data protection law.
Fees and payments
Agents and partners must be transparent with students about any fees charged and must not charge students for services that are meant to be provided free of charge.
Compliance
Agents and partners must comply with the immigration, consumer protection and education regulations applicable in their country of operation.
Monitoring and oversight
Eduveras reserves the right to monitor agent and partner conduct and to end a working relationship where this code is not followed.
Reporting concerns
Concerns about an agent or partner's conduct can be reported to admissions@eduveras.com.
