Safeguarding
Our approach to student welfare, including young and vulnerable people, and how to raise a concern.
Last updated: September 2026
Our approach
Eduveras takes the safety and wellbeing of the students we support seriously, including younger students and those who may be more vulnerable during the transition to studying abroad. This page sets out our general approach. We do not claim any formal safeguarding accreditation.
Young and vulnerable people
Where we support students under 18, or students who may be vulnerable for other reasons, we take extra care in communications, encourage parental or guardian involvement where appropriate, and signpost to appropriate support services.
Our responsibilities
- Treating every student with respect and care
- Listening to concerns and taking them seriously
- Signposting students to appropriate university, medical or welfare support
- Never asking a student to do anything that puts their safety at risk
Reporting a concern
If you have a safeguarding concern about a student, or about the conduct of anyone connected with Eduveras, please contact us immediately at admissions@eduveras.com. We will treat all reports seriously and confidentially.
Escalation
Where a concern involves a university, government body or another organisation, we will escalate it to that organisation's own safeguarding or welfare team as appropriate, alongside our own internal review.
Emergencies
In an emergency, or if anyone is at immediate risk of harm, please contact local emergency services first. Eduveras is not an emergency response service.
