Scope
These terms give a high-level overview of how Eduveras works with universities and education partners. Specific arrangements, including services, targets and fees, are set out in the individual partnership agreement signed with each partner.
Recruitment responsibilities
Eduveras will represent partner institutions honestly and provide students with accurate course and admissions information. We follow responsible recruitment practices as set out in our Responsible Recruitment commitment and Agent Code of Conduct.
Data handling
Student and applicant data shared between Eduveras and a partner is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, and only for the purposes agreed with the partner.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the partnership private, and to use it only for the purposes of the partnership.
Use of brand and logos
Neither party may use the other's name, logo or brand materials without prior written permission.
Student information
Eduveras will pass on student information and application materials accurately and in a timely manner, and partners agree to give reasonable updates on application progress.
Compliance
Both parties agree to comply with relevant laws and regulatory requirements applicable to international student recruitment in their respective countries.
Reporting
Eduveras will provide partners with reasonable reporting on recruitment activity as agreed in the individual partnership agreement.
Payment arrangements
Any fees, commissions or payment arrangements are set out in the individual contract with each partner and are not published generally on this website.
Termination
Either party may terminate a partnership in line with the notice period and terms set out in the individual partnership agreement.
Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of its own intellectual property. Materials created jointly for a specific partnership will be addressed in the individual agreement.
